Udruga mladih za P4 medicinu PROMISE
Zajednica studenata i mladih stručnjaka s ciljem modernizacije pristupa medicini i biomedicinskim istraživanjima. Provođenjem edukativnih programa i projekata doprinosimo razvoju kompetencija mladih, informiranju javnosti te unapređenju kvalitete biomedicinske znanosti i prakse.
Naše članstvo čine studenti i mladi stručnjaci različitih profila. Među njima su studenti medicine, prirodoslovno-matematičkih i biomedicinskih znanosti, tehničkih i računalnih znanosti te edukacijski rehabilitatori.
Vođeni načelima P4 medicine (prediktivne, preventivne, personalizirane i participativne), fokusiramo se na interdisciplinarne projekte koji povezuju različite discipline i na inovativan način pristupaju izazovima u zdravstvu, od rada s djecom na dugotrajnom liječenju i starijim osobama s rizikom od demencije do međunarodnih znanstvenih konferencija i europskih obrazovnih projekata.U suradnji sa sveučilištima, bolnicama, udrugama i međunarodnim partnerima stvaramo prostor u kojem mladi stječu praktično iskustvo, razvijaju vlastite ideje i aktivno doprinose zajednici.

Sjeti me se
Sjeti me se je volonterski projekt studenata Sveučilišta u Zagrebu i Splitu koji kroz kreativne radionice i edukativne aktivnosti potiče kognitivnu i socijalnu aktivnost starijih osoba u domovima Grada Zagreba i Splita.Uz longitudinalno praćenje kognitivnog statusa sudionika, projekt podiže svijest javnosti o demenciji kroz javnozdravstvene akcije i informativna predavanja o demenciji u srednjim školama.
PlayAid
PlayAid je interdisciplinarni volonterski projekt studenata Sveučilišta u Zagrebu koji kroz igru, interakciju i terapijsku primjenu videoigara pruža podršku djeci na dugotrajnom liječenju te djeci prije i nakon operacija. Uz znanstveno istraživanje utjecaja videoigara na motoričke sposobnosti djece, projekt razvija hrvatsku terapijsku videoigru prilagođenu potrebama djece na liječenju i podiže svijest o važnosti interdisciplinarnog pristupa u zdravstvenoj skrbi.
Brain-Gut-Axis
Brain-Gut Axis je međunarodna interdisciplinarna studentska konferencija o povezanosti mozga, crijeva i mikrobiote. Održana je 2022. u Zagrebu pod pokroviteljstvom Predsjednika RH i okupila je više od 330 sudionika iz više od 10 zemalja. Kroz predavanja vodećih europskih stručnjaka, 20 praktičnih radionica i postersku sekciju povezuje studente sa znanstvenicima i kliničarima te potiče interdisciplinarni i personalizirani pristup istraživanju i liječenju neuroloških i psihijatrijskih bolesti.
Erasmus+ ONCOLIGHT
ONCOLIGHT – Systems Learning for Equitable Cancer Care je trogodišnji Erasmus+ projekt (2026.–2029.) koji koordinira Medicinski fakultet Sveučilišta u Zagrebu, u partnerstvu s institucijama iz Hrvatske, Nizozemske, Španjolske i Turske te europskom istraživačkom infrastrukturom EATRIS. Projekt razvija interdisciplinarni obrazovni program o složenosti suvremene onkološke skrbi, koji obuhvaća sustavno razmišljanje, genomiku, umjetnu inteligenciju, zdravstvenu politiku i odlučivanje temeljeno na dokazima. Program se provodi kroz kombinirano učenje, otvorene obrazovne resurse, mikrokvalifikacije i digitalnu platformu.

Youth Association for P4 Medicine PROMISE
A community of students and young professionals dedicated to modernizing the approach to medicine and biomedical research. Through educational programs and projects, we contribute to developing the competencies of young people, informing the public, and advancing the quality of biomedical science and practice.
Our membership brings together students and young professionals from a wide range of backgrounds, including medicine, natural sciences, biomedicine, engineering and computer science, as well as special education and rehabilitation.
Guided by the principles of P4 medicine (predictive, preventive, personalized and participatory), we focus on interdisciplinary projects that bridge disciplines and take innovative approaches to healthcare challenges. Our work ranges from supporting children in long-term treatment and elderly people at risk of dementia to organizing international scientific conferences and taking part in European education projects.In collaboration with universities, hospitals, associations and international partners, we create a space where young people gain hands-on experience, develop their own ideas and actively contribute to their communities.

Remember Me
Remember Me is a volunteer project run by students from the Universities of Zagreb and Split. Through creative workshops and educational activities, it encourages cognitive and social engagement among elderly residents of nursing homes in Zagreb and Split.Alongside longitudinal monitoring of participants’ cognitive status, the project raises public awareness of dementia through public health campaigns and informational lectures in secondary schools.
PlayAid
PlayAid is an interdisciplinary volunteer project run by students from the University of Zagreb. Through play, interaction and the therapeutic use of video games, it supports children undergoing long-term treatment, as well as children before and after surgery. Alongside scientific research on how video games affect children’s motor skills, the project is developing a Croatian therapeutic video game tailored to the needs of children in treatment and raises awareness of the importance of an interdisciplinary approach in healthcare.
Brain-Gut-Axis
Brain-Gut Axis is an international, interdisciplinary student conference on the connections between the brain, the gut and the microbiota. It was held in Zagreb in 2022 under the patronage of the President of the Republic of Croatia and brought together more than 330 participants from over 10 countries. Through lectures by leading European experts, 20 hands-on workshops and a poster session, the conference connected students with scientists and clinicians and promoted an interdisciplinary, personalized approach to researching and treating neurological and psychiatric disorders.
Erasmus+ ONCOLIGHT
ONCOLIGHT – Systems Learning for Equitable Cancer Care is a three-year Erasmus+ project (2026–2029) coordinated by the University of Zagreb School of Medicine. Its partners are institutions from Croatia, the Netherlands, Spain and Türkiye, together with the European research infrastructure EATRIS. The project develops an interdisciplinary education programme on the complexity of modern cancer care, covering systems thinking, genomics, artificial intelligence, health policy and evidence-based decision-making. The programme is delivered through blended learning, open educational resources, micro-credentials and a digital learning platform.
